I believe in creating a new playlist for every scenario, lighting a scented candle when I enter a room, and drinking coffee before anyone else wakes up.

As a lifelong writer and educator, I spend most of my time writing or talking about writing. Over the past two decades, I've written a lot of different things: innumerable short stories; legal memos and briefs; articles and opinion pieces on books, pop-culture, and the law; and six novels. My writing is available in various spots around the internet, and I am represented by Mary C. Moore at Aevitas Creative Management.

When I'm not typing down words, you can find me watching too much TV, painting with watercolors, or hanging out with my family in Texas.
